“ I had ordered online through the Taco Bell app to get their best pricing and deals. When I arrived the dining room had just closed so we went through the drive through to obtain our order. We were the only ones in the drive through lane and it took us about 20 minutes after ordering online to arrive at Taco Bell and yet when we arrived they couldnt locate our online order and so needless to say nothing was ready to go. But the lady and younger gentleman working that night, did quickly get our order and saw finally it was already paid for and then they got our order ready. Food was fresh and hot and everything was correct! ”

While I was there, my Taco Bell order was unable to be eaten because of the unforeseen circumstances of going to the er. To my surprise, when I finally got home hours later, a Taco Bell employee had not only remade my order but was understanding, kindness and willing to go the extra mile. That really brightened my bad day. My food was fresh and delicious, her act of generosity made the experience truly unforgettable. Enough so u felt compelled to write a review. There is one lady specifically who works drive through most of the time order in the evenings so I would assume thats her normal shift, but unfortunately I didnt catch her name, but she is awesome, very pleasing to do businesses with. She is what I would say is a roll model for customer service and hope more people can learn from her ”

The food is always up to the standard that you expect from taco bell. Occasionally they forget something minor in my order, but thats to be expected, nobody is perfect. Overall, if I am in the mood for some quick Mexican food I can count on this Taco Bell to provide good food and good service. ”
